It's not too late to register for the Emporia State Marching Hornets (MU245) this fall.  ALL members will receive a $500 scholarship, and no audition is required for brass, woodwind or front ensemble members! We do still have openings available for you to march as a member of our woodwind, brass, drumline, front ensemble and Colorguard sections!  All members of the ESMH that live in the dorms get to move in early too!

***(Drumline and Colorguard auditions will take place at the very beginning of band camp)***

By joining the Marching Hornets in the fall, you get to beat the dorm move-in rush, get a $500 scholarship, meet new life-long friends, perform for thousands of people, and you get to be a very important part of our ESU Football Game Day experience!

OnBase was upgraded Friday and Saturday from version 16 to 17.  The new look was designed by Hyland to be more similar to Microsoft Office 2016.  In the web client, there is a new “hamburger” menu,  which will be used to navigate to new forms, workflow and custom queries.

For Department Office Managers, we are adding a “Unity Pop” link to your most common email notifications (invoices and PRs for now … let us know how you like it).  The current link to open the document in the web client will still exist, but following that will be an additional link that will open the document in a Unity Client window, if you have the Unity Client installed.

Thick Client users have received an email about upgrading.

Directions for uninstalling/reinstalling the Unity Client are here:   https://share.emporia.edu/onbase/OnBase17Unit%20ClientInstallInstructions.pdf

Safari 11 is now supported.  Visit www.emporia.edu/onbase to view supported browsers or to install the Unity Client.

Unity client and web client (Internet Explorer only) users can ensure their OnBase Settings are correct by running this:  X:\OnBase\OnBase Settings\OnBaseSettings.reg.  Empty Internet Explorer cache if you have problems logging in.

Please contact the Helpdesk at 341-5555 if you need assistance.
